Returns & Refunds

At Hanna Madison Salon we want you to love every product and service. If something is not right, contact us at hannamadisonsalon@gmail.com or 706-604-1862 and we will make it right.

Retail products

Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened hair care, styling, and treatment products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Salon services

Service fees are non refundable. Your satisfaction matters to us, so if you are not happy with a color or cut, let us know within 7 days of your appointment and we will schedule a complimentary adjustment with your stylist.

Appointment cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no shows may be subject to a fee.
