Hanna Madison Salon is one salon at one address: 6835 Midland Commons Blvd, Building 1, Suite C, Columbus, GA 31909. Guests travel in from across the Chattahoochee Valley, on both sides of the river. This page is the honest version of how far that reach goes, so you can tell before you book whether we are a reasonable drive for you.
We welcome guests from Columbus, Phenix City, Midland, Upatoi, Harris County, and the Fort Benning community. Below is what each of those places actually is and how it sits relative to our chair.
Columbus and the northeast corridor
This is the core of the service area. The salon sits in the northeast part of Columbus, off Midland Commons Blvd.
- Columbus, GA. Our home city and our own address. Directions, hours, the full team, and what to expect at your first visit are on the Columbus page.
- Midland. A suburban community in northeastern Columbus with its own ZIP, 31820, and a section that reaches into southeastern Harris County. Our street shares the name and the corridor.
- Upatoi. An unincorporated community in northeastern Muscogee County, sitting on Georgia Route 22 and U.S. Route 80, roughly fifteen miles east of Columbus. Upatoi was annexed by Columbus in 1971 when the city and county governments consolidated, so it is inside the city limits even though it still reads as its own place.
Across the river in Alabama
- Phenix City, AL. Phenix City sits on the west bank of the Chattahoochee River, directly opposite Columbus, with several bridges linking the two. The city centers are about a mile apart. Crossing a state line to get your hair done sounds like a trip until you look at the map.
North of the city in Harris County
- Harris County, GA. The county directly north of Muscogee County, where Columbus sits. Hamilton is the county seat. Pine Mountain holds Callaway Gardens and much of F. D. Roosevelt State Park. The county also takes in Cataula, Ellerslie, Fortson, Pine Mountain Valley, and Whitesville. If you are coming from any of those, you are heading south into north Columbus, which is the side of the city we are on.
The Fort Benning community
- Fort Benning. The Army installation just outside Columbus, with roughly seventy thousand soldiers, civilian workers, and family members attached to it. A note on the name, because it matters locally: the post was renamed Fort Moore in May 2023 and restored to Fort Benning in March 2025. You will hear both. If you are new to the area on orders, you are looking for a stylist who can pick up a color history started somewhere else, and that is a normal first appointment for us.

What you can book from anywhere on this list
Everything is done at the one location by the same team: hair color, highlights and balayage, haircuts and styles, keratin smoothing, men's haircuts, children's haircuts, facial waxing, and makeup. Extensions and bridal work are on the menu as well.
Pricing for every service lives in one place, on the Service Menu. We keep it there so there is one set of numbers to trust instead of prices scattered across the site. Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation, because color and styling both vary with hair length, density, and the result you are after.
Who you would be sitting with
The salon is owned by Hanna and Madison, who both still work behind the chair. Counting them, seven stylists take appointments, spanning Level 2 through Level 4 plus an associate, and Kelci leads the front desk with Riley. That range matters when you are driving in from out of town, because it means there is usually more than one person who can take the appointment you need on the day you can make the drive.
Every service starts with a consultation. You tell us the history, we tell you what is realistic in one visit and what needs a plan across a few. That conversation is the same whether you live ten minutes away in Midland or you are coming down from Hamilton.
