IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE BE SURE TO REACH OUT TO US AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND DAY. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, THERE WILL BE A FEE OF 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE TOTAL CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE OR ADDED TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITH NO FORM OF COMMUNICATION OR NOTIFICATION TO US, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TOTAL SERVICE SCHEDULED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE OR ADDED TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
